conservation of energy: if energy out is > energy in it must come from energy reserves in your body…so simple yet so many people are ignorant of it. as long as you arent starving yourself and getting SOME exercise most of it will be from fat

There is a tremendous difference between the refined sugars and simple carbs that Yuri talks about and extremely healthy complex carbs like Fruit and Starchy carbs such as potatoes, whole grains and brown rice. Those foods will NOT make you fat and will be digested slowly in your bowel for long lasting energy. The more fruit and starches you eat, the trimmer and healthier you will be.

@CIarKent As far as I know: yes! A high insulin level post workout leads to better recovery – so have a coke after a hard workout

But eating only candy cant get you very fat can it, my brother used to sit in front of PC and ate whole pack of M&Ms and hershey choclate + 2 liter bottle of peps and hes very fit athletic and weighs only 171…..

Hi Yuri. Ur videos are knowledgefull, and i love them. I just think that u should have focused on body types, and what they do to ur insulin sentitivity. Endomorphs like me, will get higher insul than an ectomorph
